Tammy Craig is a trusted local real estate broker serving Palisade, Colorado and the greater Grand Valley. A native of the Grand Valley and lifelong Colorado resident, Tammy brings deep regional knowledge, long-standing community ties, and decades of professional experience to every real estate transaction.

After spending early years in Denver and Grand County—where she raised her children—Tammy built a diverse career rooted in service, problem-solving, and communication. Before entering real estate, she worked as a librarian, owned and operated a small restaurant in Grand Lake, Colorado, and ran her own IT business beginning in 1996, providing design, training, and technical support to a wide range of clients.

In 2004, Tammy became a licensed Realtor® with Fruit & Wine Real Estate, and in 2007 she purchased the brokerage. For more than 23 years, she has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate real estate transactions throughout Palisade, Mesa County, and Western Colorado.
