I’m Tammy Craig, owner and selling Broker of Better Homes and Gardens Fruit & Wine.  I have specialized in the Palisade area for 20 years. During my career I have served as Board Chair with Independent Brokers, Palisade Chamber of Commerce, and the Sunrise Rotary club.  Education is key for me and over the years I have earned many real estate designations and am a proud graduate of the Ninja training and leadership programs. Fruit & Wine Real Estate has outstanding sales records not only in the Palisade area but Grand Valley wide year after year.  We rank with the top 3 agents in the Palisade area since 2004 as well as ranking well in the Mesa County area.

I am a 3^rd generation Coloradan, growing up in the Grand Valley then raising our 3 children in the Grand Lake area.  I am the proud grandparent of 4 children and have been married 44 years to my guy.

I’m Thomas Craig.  I Serve on the Board of Directors at the Grand Junction Realtors Association, as well as the MLS committee as a voting Member. I have earned my Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), at Home With Diversity (AHWD), and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) certifications. I grew up here in Palisade and absolutely love the opportunities that the valley has to offer. My name is Shelley Melendrez and I love everything about Mesa County. From the Colorado National Monument to the Grand Mesa, skiing, SUP, camping, hiking, biking, the amazing agriculture, wine tasting and so much more – Mesa County has something for everyone.

My husband and I have 3 children and one grandson. We have lived in Mesa County for 16 years and have enjoyed watching the Grand Valley Blossom.

My passion is helping people, and after spending 10 years in the healthcare industry I switched gears and decided helping people in real estate is where I want to be. I recently joined the team at Fruit & Wine Real Estate and could not be happier.
